On Wednesday, January 31st, we held an online joint conference with the Faculty of Nursing of Khon Kaen University in Thailand.

  Following the past conferences on "Supportive Nursing Care to Diabetes Patients in Thailand and Japan" in 2021, "Health Promotion: Trend and Issue" in 2022, "Oral Health and Healthy Aging"  and "Assessment and Intervention for Individuals with Disability" in 2023, we set "Healthcare Innovation and Entrepreneurship" as the theme of the event.

  During the two-and-a-half-hour event, we had presentations from both universities, introducing each other's education programs on entreprenurship and innovation, an ongoing business venture by one of our master's graduates, Mr. Daisuke Inagaki, examples of community-based nursing innovation projects by graduate students and original web-applications for adult nursing education at Khon Kaen University, and so on.

  There were 51 attendances in total.
